Job Brief
The Supervisor, Slots ensures efficient operations on the gaming floor by overseeing Slots Attendants, maintaining orderliness, and delivering a safe and enjoyable guest experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Check the overall ambiance of the gaming area (slot machines, chairs, slot bases, workstations, carpets, area temperature, etc.) and report any irregularities to ensure player and staff safety.
- Ensure that Slots Attendants are properly stationed, moving around, avoiding groupings, and fulfilling their individual responsibilities.
- Supervise the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area to provide a better gaming experience.
- Ensure that all machines and their parts are in proper working order, free from error or malfunction messages during operations.
- Disseminate information about upcoming and ongoing promotions, including how to earn and use points.
- Maintain high standards of guest service by setting expectations and modeling professional behavior.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to address operational issues promptly.
- Perform other functions as assigned by the immediate head, supporting overall operational efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year as a Slot Supervisor
- At least 5 years of experience as a Slot Attendant
- High School diploma or College graduate
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour gaming environment
