The Ambassador, Membership will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued members, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our company.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting guests with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests in the membership enrollment process, explaining the benefits and perks of becoming a member, and helping them complete all required forms.
- Accurately collect and record guest information for membership purposes and marketing initiatives.
- Accurately issue vouchers, gift certificates and promotional privileges to guests depending on their entitlements.
- Respond to inquiries and questions from guests about membership benefits, casino games, property amenities, and promotions.
Job Qualifications
- Experience working as membership / VIP services supervisor in an integrated resort
- Fluent in English, knowledgeable and/or can speak another foreign language is an advantage
- Computer systems and Microsoft office literate
