Specialist, Management Reporting and Analysis

Job Brief

The Specialist, Management Reporting and Analysis is responsible for developing and implementing controls and process designs around management reporting and budgeting. Duties include ad hoc financial analysis, preparation of budgets and financial statements, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and prepare revenue and expense reports in coordination with finance and operations teams; suggest operational improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in revenue and expense reporting using data tools (Casino Management Systems, Analytics tools, ERP systems).
  • Develop and maintain financial models to project revenue, demand, expenses, and profitability; collaborate with finance and marketing for accurate forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze project cash flows against budgets and projections; suggest cash management activities.
  • Review marketing and operational initiatives to align with company strategies (concept papers, post-mortem reviews, feasibility studies, contract reviews).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, align objectives, and implement recommendations.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in Gaming Operations, Corporate Planning, Corporate Finance, or Project/Business Development preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • English language proficiency required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
  • Ability to tell a compelling business story using data is an advantage.
