Job Brief
The Bingo Card Allocator is responsible for managing the distribution, organization, and inventory of bingo cards to ensure accurate and efficient game operations while providing assistance to players as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Counting and organizing Bingo cards according to their type and variation.
- Checking the inventory levels and ordering additional cards when necessary.
- Distributing Bingo cards to customers or players upon request.
- Tracking the usage of cards during the Bingo session.
- Collecting and organizing unused cards at the end of the session.
- Providing assistance to customers or players with questions about the Bingo cards and the game rules.
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, inventory handling, or gaming operations is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- The position may require standing for long periods and lifting boxes of bingo cards.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
