Through its Scholarship Subsidy Program, LaVie continues to support former Casino FilipinoMalate employees and their families by investing in education as a pathway to growth and long-term success.
On July 15, 2026, LaVie recognized 58 scholarship recipients during a certificate awarding ceremony attended by representatives from LaVie and the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The event celebrated the scholars’ dedication and reaffirmed the organizations’ shared commitment to nurturing lives through education.
In his welcome remarks, Mr. Aurelio Tablante Jr., Chief Business Officer for LaVie Non-Gaming, highlighted education as one of the most valuable investments in shaping brighter futures. He emphasized LaVie’s commitment to supporting its scholars.
He also expressed his gratitude to the scholars for allowing LaVie to be part of their educational journey, adding that the company looks forward to strengthening its partnership with PAGCOR through initiatives that create lasting impact and are guided by shared values.
The ceremony was further honored by the presence of Mr. Alejandro H. Tengco, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PAGCOR, who commended the scholars for their perseverance, dedication, and aspirations.
He also thanked LaVie for extending educational assistance to former Casino Filipino employees, highlighting how the program helps shape a brighter future for its beneficiaries.
