Job Brief
The Bingo Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Bingo Manager in the day-to-day leadership of Traditional Bingo Operations and assists in achieving departmental revenue, profitability, operational efficiency, and customer service objectives. The position plays a key role in implementing bingo programs, marketing initiatives, financial controls, manpower management, and regulatory compliance while ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all daily bingo operations to ensure efficient and compliant gaming activities
- Supervise gaming sessions and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to established operational procedures and service standards.
- Monitor gaming equipment, bingo supplies, and facility readiness.
- Assist in preparing departmental budgets and revenue forecasts.
- Monitor daily revenue, expenses, labor costs, and promotional expenditures.
- Prepare P&L reports, financial analyses, and management reports.
- Support cost-control initiatives while maintaining operational quality.
- Supervise daily staff deployment and manpower scheduling.
- Coach, train, and mentor supervisors and frontline employees.
- Conduct performance monitoring and provide developmental feedback.
- Act as Officer-in-Charge in the absence of the Bingo Manager.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate head as necessary.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Bingo or Casino Operations with supervisory responsibilities.
- Knowledge of bingo operations, gaming regulations, and operational best practices.
- Experience supporting bingo promotions, budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L reporting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- At least a Senior High School graduate or College level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) with good English and Filipino communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
