Bingo Manager

Job Brief

The Bingo Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and financial performance of the Traditional Bingo business. The role is accountable for maximizing revenue and profitability through the development of innovative bingo programs, effective marketing strategies, sound financial management, and exceptional customer experience while ensuring full compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily bingo operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant execution of all gaming sessions.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Monitor staffing levels and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure equipment, gaming materials, and operational resources are properly maintained.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage the department's operating and capital budgets.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual business performance.
  • Prepare and present Profit & Loss (P&L) reports with variance analysis and recommendations.
  • Monitor gaming revenue, labor costs, promotional expenses, and operating costs to maximize profitability.
  • Develop revenue forecasts and identify opportunities for business growth and cost optimization.
  • Design and implement bingo game schedules, session structures, jackpots, special games, and seasonal promotions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of bingo programs using operational and financial data.
  • Continuously improve game offerings based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Establish and monitor departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by the immediate head as necessary.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Bingo or Casino Operations, including 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of bingo operations, gaming regulations, internal controls, and bingo program development.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial planning, revenue forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • At least a Senior High School graduate or College level; proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
