The Dealer is responsible for operating table games in a professional and friendly manner while ensuring that all games are conducted according to casino rules and gaming regulations. He/she manages bets, distributes cards or gaming pieces, and provides excellent customer service to players.
Job Responsibilities
- Deal cards or operate table games such as blackjack, baccarat, poker, or roulette in accordance with established rules.
- Explain game rules to players and ensure fair play at all times.
- Collect and pay out bets accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor players and the table to prevent cheating, fraud, or irregularities.
- Maintain the integrity of the game and follow casino procedures and gaming regulations.
- Handle chips, cards, and other gaming equipment properly.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized dealer training program (preferred).
- Knowledge of casino table games and gaming procedures.
- Good math skills and the ability to handle chips and payouts quickly.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid gaming license as required by local gaming authorities.
