Job Brief
The Dealer Inspector carries out a supervisory role by overseeing an assigned cluster of gaming tables. This position ensures that the highest standards of efficiency, security, and guest service are consistently met in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitors and ensures that the soft count for table games is accurately recorded.
- Verifies any table inventory discrepancies
- Inspects table game equipment and reserves, approving them prior to use on the casino gaming floor.
- Ensures that gaming facility employees hold valid licenses and properly display their identification badges.
- Records patron complaints and disputes concerning the application of rules or game operations that were not resolved by casino staff.
Job Qualifications
- At least 5 years' experience as a Dealer
- Acquired full knowledge of 4 major games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Pontoon)
- Other minor games such as Sic-bo, Money Wheel, Craps, Progressive Poker games, Super Niu-Niu, Pai Gow Poker and etc... will be an added advantage.
