F&B Attendant

Job Brief

The F&B Attendant is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service and ensuring all operational tasks are completed to established brand standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver seamless service while maintaining immaculate presentation of the dining area and facilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and support outlet goals.
  • Promptly take, process, and fulfill beverage and snack orders for gaming guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uphold 5-star standards by setting and clearing tables with meticulous attention to linen and tableware.
  • Conduct discreet check-backs to ensure guest satisfaction, resolving concerns quickly and escalating when needed.
  • Comply with local and casino regulations on responsible alcohol service, ID verification, and payment handling.
  • Monitor service sections continuously to maintain a clean, safe environment and report issues or suspicious activity.
  • Complete shift tasks efficiently, including restocking, closing duties, and other functions assigned by the immediate head.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in Tourism and Hospitality Management is a significant advantage.
  • Knowledge of hotel regulations and casino service system flow.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism or related fields is required.
