Job Brief
The Food & Beverage Service Supervisor oversees daily operations of food and beverage service within the casino, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth team coordination, and strict adherence to service standards. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven setting. The position may be reassigned to other areas within the F&B department, with responsibilities adjusted in response to business needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and support food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for food and beverage supplies
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and morale
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs in line with operational needs
- Assist in implementing promotions, upselling strategies, and revenue-enhancing initiatives
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all service areas
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a casino or high-volume venue
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local health regulations
