Job Brief
The Intern plays a vital role in supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands‑on experience in the hospitality industry. Interns may be assigned to front‑of‑house areas such as Front Desk, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, or Housekeeping Coordination, or to back‑office departments including Human Resources, Hotel Sales & Reservations, Finance, IT, and Integrated Marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with guest services and ensure a welcoming experience
- Support administrative tasks and documentation
- Contribute to department‑specific projects and initiatives
- Learn and apply hotel standards and best practices
Job Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus
- Professional appearance and a positive, team‑focused attitude
- Flexibility to work in different departments and shifts as assigned
