Job Brief

The Intern plays a vital role in supporting daily hotel operations while gaining hands‑on experience in the hospitality industry. Interns may be assigned to front‑of‑house areas such as Front Desk, Guest Services, Food & Beverage, or Housekeeping Coordination, or to back‑office departments including Human Resources, Hotel Sales & Reservations, Finance, IT, and Integrated Marketing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with guest services and ensure a welcoming experience
  • Support administrative tasks and documentation
  • Contribute to department‑specific projects and initiatives
  • Learn and apply hotel standards and best practices

Job Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus
  • Professional appearance and a positive, team‑focused attitude
  • Flexibility to work in different departments and shifts as assigned
