Job Brief
The Manager, Slots is responsible for overseeing assigned areas during their shift. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective supervision of staff, and the delivery of excellent guest service, while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly gaming environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising shift operations and staff activities.
- Conduct staff briefings to share promotions, goals, incidents, and operational updates.
- Monitor gaming area ambiance, cleanliness, and equipment; report irregularities promptly.
- Ensure manpower availability, product knowledge, and service efficiency to meet guest expectations.
- Resolve guest and employee issues within authorized limits, escalating when necessary.
- Process jackpots, manual payments, and incident reports accurately and within guidelines.
- Review staff performance, provide coaching/training, and recommend development plans.
- Lead by example, ensuring departmental KPIs are achieved and guest experiences remain positive.
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year as Slots Assistant Manager or 5 years in a supervisory role.
- High school or college graduate.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in slots operations.
- Strong computer skills and ability to prepare reports.
- Good decision-making skills; able to work independently.
- Physically able to stand/walk for 6–8 hours in gaming areas.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills in English.
- Willingness to extend work hours when required.
