Job Brief
The Master Trainer is responsible for assisting the Talent Development Manager in performing his duties involving training administration, training design and conduct evaluation.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement training programs based on organizational and individual learning needs
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives for employees across levels
- Perform training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and HR partners
- Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and consultants when required
- Support leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
- Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentations
- Stay updated on industry best practices, learning technologies, and talent development trends
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in training delivery, learning & development, or talent management
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across departments
- Ability to design engaging learning content and training frameworks
- Analytical mindset with skills to assess training impact, effectiveness, and ROI
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in creating engaging learning materials (PPTs, manuals, e-learning content)
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and gap assessments
