Master Trainer

Job Brief

The Master Trainer is responsible for assisting the Talent Development Manager in performing his duties involving training administration, training design and conduct evaluation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs based on organizational and individual learning needs
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives for employees across levels
  • Perform training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and HR partners
  • Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and consultants when required
  • Support leadership development, and succession planning initiatives
  • Maintain training records, reports, and compliance documentations
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, learning technologies, and talent development trends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in training delivery, learning & development, or talent management
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with ability to collaborate across departments
  • Ability to design engaging learning content and training frameworks
  • Analytical mindset with skills to assess training impact, effectiveness, and ROI
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proficiency in creating engaging learning materials (PPTs, manuals, e-learning content)
  • Ability to conduct training needs analysis and gap assessments
