Job Brief
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operations, management, profitability, and compliance of the FunHan Korean Convenience Store at LaVie Resort and Casino, ensuring efficient daily store performance, strong customer experience, proper inventory control, achievement of sales targets, and strict adherence to franchise standards and operational policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end store operations including opening, closing, and daily execution.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, cost control, and shrinkage management.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination.
- Supervise and evaluate store staff performance and discipline.
- Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Monitor cash handling, POS accuracy, and daily sales reporting.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and service recovery.
- Implement promotions, merchandising standards, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with franchisor and suppliers for operational improvements and compliance with the Operations Manual.
- Submit required operational reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years experience in retail/F&B/convenience store operations.
- Strong leadership and inventory management skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Experience in high-traffic or 24/7 operations is an advantage.
