Job Responsibilities
- Protects the confidentiality of all company assets, files, and documents under immediate control.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area to provide a better gaming experience.
- Check that every player is playing with a card. Teach players) to properly insert their card in the Player Tracking Unit (PTU) how to transfer credits and explain to them the benefits of having a card for earning the points.
- Teach new players on how to play the Slot Machine and explain to them the different line and bets buttons, games, free spins, Bonus Feature & Jackpot Level.
- Disseminates information about the upcoming/ongoing promotions, how to earn and use the point
- Attends to various customer needs promptly and professionally.
- Monitors the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area including the by standers/non-playing guests to provide a better gaming experience.
- Complies with the zoning policy and avoids groupings to ensure that the area is well attended.
- Ensure all Slot Machines are functioning well, and overall physical state is in order and reports to immediate superior for any major problem/s.
Job Qualifications
- With or without Casino Slots Attendant experience
- Preferably in a Customer service-oriented field for applicants with work experience
- High School/College graduate
