Job Brief

The Business Process Specialist is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing organizational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness throughout the company. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, standardizing procedures, and aligning processes with company strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify operational inefficiencies, analyze root causes, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of process optimization initiatives across departments.
  • Track and report on the progress, impact, and compliance of process improvement programs.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution of process improvement plans.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
  • Ensure processes comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Ensure process requirements are properly captured in new systems.
  • Implement process controls and risk mitigation measures.
  • Assist in change management and transition activities.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in Business Process Management/Process Improvement or equivalent role.
  • 2–5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management.
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
  • Experience in process mapping tools and management.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation, communication skills, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
