Job Brief

The Web Developer & Admin is responsible for managing and maintaining our website to ensure optimal performance and user experience; and shall work closely with various teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to ensure the website meets our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and continuously improve the company website to ensure functionality, compliance, and strong user experience.
  • Monitor performance, conduct audits, and implement optimizations for speed, SEO, and overall site effectiveness.
  • Maintain website security, backups, and disaster recovery plans while resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of website initiatives.
  • Track and analyze digital performance metrics, and prepare reports to drive improvements in traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in web development and administration.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies, with strong knowledge of CMS platforms and website management.
  • Skilled in SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to optimize performance and track user behavior.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to research and present data effectively.
  • Adaptable and able to work independently, flexible hours, and familiarity with casino operations is an advantage.
