Store Supervisor

Job Brief

The Store Supervisor is responsible for leading assigned shifts and supporting the overall store operations, ensuring efficient daily execution, strong customer service, proper stock handling, and compliance with franchise standards, operational policies, and store procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise store operations.
  • Manage cashiering, POS transactions, and cash accountability.
  • Ensure proper merchandising, stock availability, and store cleanliness.
  • Supervise Store Associates and ensure task completion.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and inventory monitoring.
  • Handle customer concerns and minor service recovery issues.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
  • Prepare shift reports and escalate issues to Operations Manager.
  • Assist in coordination with franchisor and suppliers for operational improvements and ensure compliance with the Operations Manual.

Job Qualifications

  • Senior high school graduate or college level.
  • 1–2 years experience in retail or convenience store operations.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Trustworthy and detail-oriented in cash handling.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
